We offer a 14 days return policy. Where goods are not faulty (for instance, if they are incompatible with your setup), we are unable to refund any postage.
If your product is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange or replace it for you.

All goods must be returned in complete condition, with full packaging.
